1997 Suzuki Sidekick locking issues? - sidekick jlx covers
My 1997 Suzuki Sidekick JLX has blocked some questions. When you press the remote to lock it, and sometimes sounds and close the doors, and other times only noise and no lock-down. Then when you press the "unlock" sounds as if the buttons are visible, even when they go to the castle. The funny thing is that it does not happen systematically. You can work for some time and then not the next. I replaced the batteries in the remote and make a difference. Others have found a mechanic, but he said he did not and it will take it to a dealer. Unfortunately, our local dealer has closed its doors last year. Ideas? Is that something that I can do / replace me?

The first type is correct. It's probably something stupid in the original scheme. What do you expect? It is 12 years!
